On many occasions our clients have approached us to independently assess the perceptions of their clients and how they view the competition. We have found that people are far more likely to be more open and feel they can speak candidly about their views, concerns and support when conversing with a 3rd party.
The information that Acumen collates is fed back to our client so that they can address problems and implement changes where required. This helps our clients ensure that they are providing the highest quality of service possible. Once any changes have been implemented, our client will often commission us to repeat the survey to ensure that the new processes have worked as expected.
